Our mission is to see the men of Christ City Surrey grow to be more like Jesus and equip them to walk faithfully in the unique purposes God has for their lives.
Here’s how we’re proposing this happens:
Bible Reading
We believe the Bible is the Word of God which instruct us into the way of life. It helps us live into our new identity as sons of God and it gives us the wisdom needed to bring life to others.
Practically, men involved in this discipleship pathway will commit to:
Reading 2 chapters of the Bible a day, set aside time for prayer, and post a brief reflection for the rest of the 3-4 person group (approx. 20 minutes per day).
Radically Honest Spiritual Friendships
Transformation happens when we know others and are known by others. It happens when we fight for others and invite others to fight for us. We fight for one another to believe that the gosepl is able to transform us in our most broken places.
Practically, men involved int his discipleship pathway will commit to:
Meeting together in groups of 3-4, for at least 60 minutes. twice a month. When meeting together, they share their struggles and victories, pray, encourage, and hold one another accountable.
